Returns are only acceptable if you were sent the incorrect orde. All sales are final once hair is purchased. We must be notified within 24-48 hours after you have received your hair. Hair will not be accepted if packaging is damaged and if you have unraveled the hair. Hair should be returned in the same condition.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Shipping takes 5-7 business days for customer to receive hair. Please allow within 24-72 hours to receive tracking number. Please contact if you have not received your tracking number. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
WE ASK THAT YOUR YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR TRANSACTION WILL NOT PROCESS. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.
